Ragalaya is an original creation of Developers' Aalaya™. Our bot's identity, personality, assets, code, and branding are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, cloning, or impersonation is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
Ragalaya's personality, tone, response style, character traits, and interaction patterns are original creative works owned exclusively by Developers' Aalaya™. These are protected under copyright and cannot be reproduced or used as a template.
All visual assets, logos, icons, artwork, UI designs, website code, audio systems, and branding materials associated with Ragalaya are the exclusive property of Developers' Aalaya™.
Some of Ragalaya's bot emojis and visual assets are sourced from third-party creators on platforms such as Flaticon. These assets are used in accordance with their respective licenses and full attribution to the original creators is provided on our Attribution page.
As a beta tester, you are granted early access to features and systems not yet released to the public. You are bound by a strict confidentiality obligation. Violation results in immediate removal and potential legal proceedings.
Violation consequence: Beta testers who break confidentiality will be permanently removed from the program, blacklisted from future access, and may face legal action for breach of non-disclosure.
