TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAGALAYA AND THE TECHED LAB TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

We are not responsible for the content streamed through the Service, which is sourced from third-party platforms. We do not host any copyrighted audio files.

5. Premium Services ⧉

Premium subscriptions are optional purchases that unlock additional features. We reserve the right to modify Premium features or pricing at any time. Refunds are generally not provided except where required by law.

6. Termination ⧉

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
