No Uptime Guarantee
Ragalaya is a free-to-use Discord bot provided on a best-effort basis. Developers' Aalaya™ does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Planned or unplanned maintenance, outages, or technical issues may cause temporary or permanent unavailability without prior notice.
Audio Content
Ragalaya streams music and audio through public Lavalink sources. Developers' Aalaya™ does not host, own, or control the underlying audio content. Availability of tracks may change at any time without notice depending on the availability of public Lavalink nodes.
Third-Party Service Changes
We rely on third-party services including Discord, Lavalink, and Supabase to deliver core functionality. Changes to these platforms' policies, API availability, or terms of service may impact Ragalaya's features. Developers' Aalaya™ is not liable for any disruptions caused by third-party services.
Beta Features
Features marked as "beta" or accessible through our beta testing programme are experimental and may contain bugs, incomplete functionality, or instability. Beta features are provided without any warranty and may be modified, disabled, or removed at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Developers' Aalaya™ and its team members shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising from use of or inability to use Ragalaya's services:
Loss of Data or Access
We are not liable for any loss of playlists, favourites, user data, server configurations, or Discord access resulting from service disruptions, account actions, or platform changes.
Indirect or Consequential Damages
Developers' Aalaya™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
User Conduct
Developers' Aalaya™ is not responsible for any content shared, played, or distributed by users through Ragalaya. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the bot complies with applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service.
Ragalaya and all associated services are provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranties of any kind — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Developers' Aalaya™ does not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice or liability.
